Four Seasons at South Knolls, built by K Hovnanian, is located in Jackson and is now all resales with completion of the community in 2012.There are around 800 homes in South Knolls and they range in size from about 1600 sq ft to over 2600 sq ft. Most have 9 foot ceilings and provide open floor plans to carefree living. The community does have a track of
land for another 50 homes but permits have not been approved yet for development.
As in most of the newer K Hovnanian communities, South Knolls has a gorgeous clubhouse with an indoor pool and hot tub, meeting
rooms, a library, card rooms, billiards, and so much more. Outside you will find outdoor pools, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard and so much more. If you like to join clubs, there are over 50 that you can pick from.
Four Seasons at South Knolls is located off County Line Road in Jackson, which is just 5 minutes from Int 195. You have easy access to Philadelphia as well as New York and doctors, hospitals and shopping are just minutes away too. And if you like to go to the beach, Point Pleasant is only 25 minutes away.
