Offered to independent living residents, the program includes a one-time entrance fee with a variety of refund options for strong estate preservation, predictable monthly fees that provide for your maintenance-free residence, as well as all services and amenities and privileges of community membership. It also provides lifetime access to on-site assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing care and long-term care, included at little or no additional cost and provides protection from rising long-term health care costs.
