North Hill - Overview
North Hill opened its doors to its first pioneer residents in 1984. Not surprisingly, with the combination of a beautiful site, unique architecture, a great location, and this innovative financial model, North Hill was nothing short of a screaming success.
Construction needed to be accelerated twice to keep up with demand. Word of mouth referrals were so strong that a large advertising budget went largely unspent, and was used instead to build an indoor swimming pool that was not part of the original master plan. What also isnât surprising that North Hillâs bold decision to combine Life Care with a 90% refundable entrance fee is now a very common practice. We donât mind⦠imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!
We have more than 20 floor plans from which to choose, we can suit any desire from spacious and grand 3-bedrooms to urban-style studio living. Before new Residents relocate to North Hill, their selected apartment home is fully refurbished to a like-new condition.
