Situated on 12 acres of what was once a 2,000-acre ranch owned by Dallas Harris, our community is about ten minutes from downtown Boise.
We have spectacular views of the foothills just outside your windows, and easy access to parks and trails just outside the door. After a day of socializing and exploring, you can relax in your maintenance-free cottage or apartment home. We have a variety of unique floor plans featuring spacious closets and storage, washer and dryer, satellite television and Internet access, as well as many safety and security features.
