Piedmont Gardens is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located just off the bustling Piedmont Avenue in a pleasant neighborhood in North Oakland. Our ideal location gives seniors in the Bay Area more opportunities for freedom and independence to enjoy their retirement lifestyle. In addition to our prime location, Piedmont Gardens offers a variety of spacious residence styles, modern services and amenities right on site.
Along with Residential Living, we offer the security of a full continuum of care, including assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and short-term rehab. Our services have earned us the seal of approval from CARF-CCAC for meeting the highest national standards for quality care, a recognition attained by fewer than one in five CCRCs nationwide.
Piedmont Gardens is owned and managed by HumanGood, a nonprofit public benefit corporation serving older adults since 1949.
