Kay Webb is probably the best realtor I have had. From before listing all the way through closing, she was on the job. She helped plan the staging before we even listed it, including landscaping. She not only directed the staging but personally spent time organizing closets and in general  putting the best face on the house. She promoted it after listing and not surprisingly, we had a contract in 5 days. But she wasn't finished. Just the day before closing she had to stand up to the buyer's attorney to insist the money be wired to my new location rather than sending check.
