AMENITIES

Community Center We use the house where the office is located and a lovely sunroom for games, activities, and parties.

Restaurants/Food Service Virtually any type of restaurant you desire is within a few miles of our community in any direction.

Planned Activities We have weekly Euchre and Pinochle card games, monthly Bunco and Dominoes. There are always people around to play Bridge or Poker or the card game Golf.

Fitness Center Fitness centers are within 3 miles and are included in the nearby Donald Snyder Senior Center.

Pools/Spas We do not have a pool within the community. However, there is a Natatorium about 2 miles away and a pool in Donald Snyder Senior Center about 3 miles away.

Indoor Activities We mostly have card games and board games in our community room. We also have breakfasts or lunches once per month and parties from time to time.

Golf There are many golf courses all over the coast.

Water/ Marina/ Boating We are within a mile of the beach and there are marinas behind some of the casinos.

Fishing Fishing is available in the Gulf, in the Back Bay, or in nearby rivers.

Gated Entry

RV and/or Boat Storage Although we do not allow storage of RVs on property, there is a storage rental right next door to the community where people store their RVs.

Scenic Views The entire Gulf is full of scenic views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Public Transit

Nearby Attractions Casinos and more casinos are along the coast.

Clubhouse Our community room is attached to the office and the main house where the office is located.

55+ (Age Restricted)

Pet Friendly We prefer small dogs with no more than 2 per household. They must be on a leash outdoors and must clean up their refuse. Cats must be kept indoors unless you walk them on a leash or walk them in a stroller.

On Site Management Property manager lives on the property.
