Routine maintenance, weekly housekeeping and weekly laundering of bath and bed linens are all included in the contract. The Broadmead Residents Association, of which all residents are members, is a dynamic and integral part of the community. The association provides programming for an extensive number of resident groups and activities. In addition, the association has committees that parallel board committees and provide input in several operational areas.
