For residents 55 or better, we have created The Residences at Stafford Hill â spacious apartment homes with all of the benefits of community living. Dining, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance - we take care of the details so you can enjoy doing the things you love most. The Residences offer spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes, full kitchens, one or two full baths, washer/dryer hookup, living and dining areas, and a den, if desired. Entry deposits at The Residence at Stafford Hill range from $220,000 to $300,000. Residences provide concierge service to meet your security and service needs as well as comfortable common areas including a living room with a fireplace, library, conservatory, dining and function room. At the Residences, we are all about choice, thatâs why we offer a select dining program in the evenings by reservation only on a first-come, first-served basis. The best part -- it is pay as you go, so you are not paying for something you may not use. We will also be offering a âtake outâ service for quick meals on the run. Residents of our independent living community also have access to the services offered at the assisted living community at Stafford Hill.
