Tuskawilla Trails is an all-age manufactured home community with 173 homes and a wide selection of beautiful new and pre-owned homes! The community is well manicured and features a king-size pool and activity center that over look the scenic community lake. The activity center has a billiards room, full kitchen, exercise room, lounge area with big-screen TV, library area and screened porch. Outdoors you'll find lighted basketball and tennis courts, a golf driving net, and a brand new playground for the younger kids. Our on site management maintaines all common grounds. The Newby Management Corporate Team along with the Tuskawilla Community Team plans two Resident Appreciation Days every year. In the spring, it's a Strawberry Social and a BBQ in the summer!
Tuskawilla Trails is a suburb of Orlando and is within 3 miles of golf courses, restaurants, shopping, a library, medical facilities, parks, grocery shopping at our new Publix store, recreation areas, fishing, and boating. We are in the Seminole County School District, and less than a mile from public schools. Busses pick up students at the entrance to the community.
