3 Cherry Way is ideally located on a quiet peninsula in Denver, NC and surrounded by the beautiful waters of Lake Norman.   Just ¾ of a mile, easy walking distance, from our community is Beatty’s Ford Park.  This public park includes a picnic shelter, restrooms, disc golf, a walking trail, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, a splash park, children's playground, and an amphitheater. 

For all you fisherman, there is a public boat access ramp!  Lake Norman is known on the professional fishing circuits as one of the top five best bass fisheries.  Lake Norman is 34 miles long with 520 miles of shoreline and offers numerous attractions to explore. Our gorgeous area offers a mild, four-season climate making it perfect for year-round adventures!

Our community has 6 grocery stores and a farmers market within a 4 mile radius.  There are plenty of restaurants to choose from on days you don't feel like cooking.  Denver has a multitude of choices for doctors, dentists and pharmacists.  We have two urgent cares 4 miles from the community and there are 5 hospitals (2 are level one trauma centers) within a 25 mile radius.  You simply cannot beat our location!
