The Pines is a small 12 unit Mobile Home Park for independent Seniors. It has just recently been converted to an exclusive 55+ facility. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to stores, restaurants, churches, major medical facilities and much more. Pensacola Florida is an area rich in history and historical sites, dating back as far as 1513 with the exploration of it's well protected bay by Ponce de Le'on. Nicknamed "The Cradle of Naval Aviation" it features the worlds largest Naval Aviation Museum and is the Home of The Blue Angels. The beaches are considered "The Worlds Whitest" with miles of uncrowded sugar white sand.
