The University Lakes' central location in Miami places us within 10 miles of the biggest outlet store in Dade County and the International Mall. This community is only 15 miles from Miami's beautiful beaches. All of these locations can be reached by local public transportation that comes in and out of the community every half hour. Terrific local schools include Coral Park Senior High, Braddock Senior High, Paul Bell Middle School, W.R. Thomas Middle School, and Joe Hall Elementary. This is a terrific place to live, play, work, and raise a family.
