Cranberry Run - Overview

Cranberry Run is a peaceful, 55+ age-restricted, manufactured housing community comprised of 299 total sites with an additional 19 acres of lush, agricultural land. It is located within the Buena Vista Township in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Buena is one of 56 municipalities nestled within the New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve.

Our community is also ideally located near Latona Country Club’s public golf course, local wineries, and beaches along the Atlantic Shores. Our property offers excellent visibility and accessibility to both Tuckahoe Road and Cumberland Road which allow direct access to Harding Highway US 40, a main east/west highway that leads east to Atlantic City and to Wilmington, Delaware, approximately a one-hour drive time to the northwest.

Area Information

The Jersey Shore (known by locals as The Shore) is the coastal region of the U.S. state of New Jersey. Geographically, the term encompasses about 141 miles (227 km)[1] of oceanfront bordering the Atlantic Ocean, from Perth Amboy in the north to Cape May Point in the south. The region includes Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May counties, which are in the central and southern parts of the state.[2] The Jersey Shore hosts the highest concentration of oceanside boardwalks in the United States. Famous for its many boardwalks with arcades, amusement parks, and water parks boasting hundreds of rides and attractions, the Jersey Shore is a popular vacation spot with residents of North Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Certain shore communities are also popular with visitors from the nearby states of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, as well as the Canadian province of Quebec. Due to New Jersey's peninsular geography, both sunrise and sunset are visible over water from different points on the Jersey Shore.
