Seacrest Pines, a Horton community, will begin construction in 2017. Model homes range in size from 1664 sq. ft. to 1958 sq ft. Homes feature open floor plans, 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, and many models have option for a loft. Base prices will start around $275,000. All homes will be built as spec homes, and depending on stage of building, may offer some options to choose from.
Location
Barnegat is located off Exit 67 of the Garden State Parkway and is about 15 minutes to Long Beach Island and 35 minutes to Atlantic City. This picturesque town is on the Barnegat Bay and offers bay beach swimming, fishing, a public dock and pavilion, the Edwin B.
