Creek Valley Estates is a planned twenty home community located on twenty-three acres of wooded land in Shenandoah County, Virginia. We have ten different models of beautiful Craftsman Style homes designed by award winning architect C.Lyle Scott. We started the design process by walking the contours of each lot, considering its vistas and exposures, and mapping the trees, rocks and shrubs that define the landscape. We then selected the unique design for the Craftsman home that would blend with the land on each lot , so that there would be a continuous flow from inside to outside. After all, our houses are not just to look at, but to live in. These homes have been tailored to the Shenandoah Valley lifestyle. They provide for each familie's needs, and are fun places to live.
